Juggle Together Now!

Description
Participants learn to Juggle and enjoy a fun performance from a professional with 40 years experience. Studies show that juggling increases both gray and white matter in the brain, and that it's a great way to show off! Juggling also improves the reading skill of tracking across the mid-line, increases focus, and has been shown to reduce anxiety. Most importantly, it really is easier than you think! Includes some fascinating history of juggling, watch amazing tricks, hear about the benefits of juggling, and enough practice so participants leave with the skills needed to master three balls on their own.
