Description
Act!vated Story Theatre has been touring non-stop bringing theatrical folktale shows to every nook and cranny across the U.S.A. since 1988. Every show features witty scripts, costumes, imaginative props, nonstop action, American Sign Language, physical comedy, audience participation and on occasion music, song and dance, masks and puppets presented by two professional performers. All set before a gigantic book that encourages reading and promotes a love of literature. Virtual shows also available.

Virtual Performance Description
The virtual program is pre-recorded from multiple camera angles, and professionally edited to bring the viewer up into the action. Unlike a live performance the audience will experience the play from the perspective of the characters onstage and see what happens when the actors go backstage. During the interactive live chat session on Facebook or Zoom, the actor/producers will lead a discussion about performing the stories and teach some ASL, as well as answer questions from the viewers.
Viewing Limits/Parameters
Access to the virtual program for a period of two weeks; optional interactive session may be held any time during that span or at the end of it.
